Regular mental training
In individual sessions, we'll work on building your mental fitness toolkit. We'll train the skills that will propel you forward step by step. Through scientifically proven exercises and targeted self-reflection, you'll discover your strengths and learn to use them consciously. Between sessions, you'll try out your tools – always at your own pace and according to your own standards.
Appointments can be made in person in Hamburg or online.

Why I love what I do:
From swimmer to sport psychologist
At 13, I experienced a pivotal moment that continues to shape me to this day. I was a passionate swimmer, training at a high level and with big goals. Then, at a training camp in Austria, it happened: an injury forced me to take a break. While my teammates continued training, I sat by the pool, frustrated. But my coach did something unexpected. He gave me a questionnaire on which to write down my goals for the coming months and the next year. It sounded simple, but it changed everything for me. As I wrote down my thoughts and goals, I felt a switch flip in my mind. This clarity, this focus—suddenly I was not only motivated but also much stronger mentally. I knew what I wanted and was ready to fight for it. This experience was like a boost for me, one that propelled my athletic career. Since then, I've carried the dream of giving other athletes exactly this kind of mental boost. That's why I became a sport psychologist and founded Boost Sportpsychologie. My goal is to help athletes overcome their mental blocks and live their dreams through mental fitness – just as I experienced myself.
